From our own data, I knew our audience were already seeking leadership and professional development content more than other topics. They also prefer interactive learning. Based on those insights, I chose to design the program around self-discovery rather than passive consumption.
Solution
I designed an integrated media campaign to drive audiences across channels into an ecosystem that included an assessment quiz to identify their leadership style, bespoke content tailored to each of the resulting profiles, guides highlighting individual strengths and opportunities for change, podcasts addressing common mental blocks to leadership development, and team feedback worksheets to take the reflection beyond the individual. Each element was designed to be useful on its own and more valuable in combination.
As part of the program, we selected four business leaders to receive live feedback from their employees and colleagues and captured those moments on film. The video component provided an emotional, human anchor that written content could not It also gave us shareable content that could reach audiences who might not have engaged with the quiz or guides first.
Outcome
Psychology of Change exceeded its lead-generation targets by more than 30%. The campaign also improved brand sentiment and product consideration among the target segment, providing validation that utility-first content could build strong commercial outcomes.
